Today – the 1st of March 2011 – is the day where we in Invendium can celebrate our company’s 6th birthday.
The journey so far has been tremendously rewarding and has brought us a lot of knowledge and know-how. We look as much forward into helping our current and future customers, as children the day before they get their birthday presents.
Our 7th year looks like it will be our most interesting yet, with lots of announcements and launches of new stuff. We look forward into sharing it all with you!

The story of our name goes back to the cold winter in February 2005. The founders of Invendium sat in an apartment in Brønshøj (Copenhagen) and had agreed that this was the day we would finally agree on the name for our company. After a short brainstorm we ended up with a list of around 60 candidates, that quickly was cut down to amongst other names: Boson and Vendium.
None of us was completely happy about any of them, but we agreed that Vendium had some sort of power to it. But something was missing. The Wife of the guy that lived in the apartment entered the room and said "Simply prefix Vendium with In - it sounds better and tends to reflect a lot about what you say you can and will!". Immediately after that, we agreed upon our name.
